Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for academic and creative books within the assigned territory.
∎ Identify new schools, tuition centers, and book retailers to expand market coverage.
∎ Promote new titles and series effectively to teachers, headmasters, and book distributors.
∎ Develop strong professional relationships with teachers and academic decision-makers.
∎ Visit markets, schools, and shops as per route plan and submit daily visit and sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
∎ Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
∎ Ensure visibility of Captain Publishers’ products through merchandising and display at retail points.
∎ Actively support book fairs, promotional campaigns, and teacher engagement events.
∎ Ensure effective product rotation and avoid stock-outs or overstocking issues.
∎ Work closely with the MIS & Communication team to ensure report accuracy and expense accountability.
∎ Maintain discipline, professionalism, and brand image in the field.
