Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to input export L/C & sales contract in oracle system.
∎ Have to prepare Commercial invoice in Oracle system & handover to C&F agent.
∎ Collect custom documents from C&F and update oracle system accordingly.
∎ Collect stuffing advice from Forwarder and submit BL draft on online or manually.
∎ Collect original BL/FCR/AWB from forwarder.
∎ Prepare buyer documents for submissions onward Bank or buyer for collection export proceeds.
∎ Preparing documents to issuance of garments TC from the certification body according to the buyer requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 34 years
∎ Have to give high attention to detail & accuracy.
∎ Must have sound knowledge regarding total export procedures with good skills & ability to do the same individuality.
∎ Must have knowledge about international Export & Import, Uniform customs Procedure & Int'l standard banking.
∎ Must have adequate acknowledgement of computer operating, internet surfing, Emailing and business corresponding.
