∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Finishing, Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up weekly & monthly shipment plan chart as per PO ETD & plan for for production accordingly.
∎ Fulfill every PO's packing list as per booking qtys on time.
∎ Adjust leftover accessories in upcoming PO's if possible.
∎ Balancing Line layout based on present manpower .
∎ Minimize OT% & worker absenteeism.
∎ Check hourly production report to improve production & achieve day together.
∎ 100% review rejection garments & left-over garments for increase cut to ship%.
∎ Maintain 5's in section properly & fill up buyer requirement.
∎ Closely working with leader/operator & quality responsible for quality improvement.
∎ Do the morning meeting with all workers & staff in folding, C-TPAT, Warehouse/Inspection room area.
∎ Check the daily attendance report of all workers & staff in folding, C-TPAT, Warehouse/Inspection room area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
