• Follow up import & Export related activities, Cash Incentive, In-Bond, Ex-Bond, UP, UD, statement with Custom-Bond Register, Bond Audit etc.

• Co-ordinate with Indent company, Bank Officer & Cnf logistic for Import goods.

• Preparation and handling all kinds of UD, UP permission & DEDO related works.

• Manage the entire export sales cycle for accessories.

• Directly deal with the Top Management with 100% Honesty and dedication in all aspect.

• Follow up, monitoring and supervision of all commercial works.

• Ensure proper documentation, licensing, and payment processes are followed for all Accessories / garment export transactions.

• Stay up-to-date on changes in Accessories / garment laws, tarrifs, quotas, and other regulations, and communicate necessary updates to the team.

• Maintaining total follow up from receiving Import L/C & Export L/C up to proceeds realizations.

• Bank to Bank channel Documents prepare and submit to bank for collection as well follow up payment.

• BL Draft & BL corrections, EXP issue, C&F Bill, VAT & TAX knowledge.
