∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
∎ Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
∎ Work with the operation team to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth.
∎ Update and maintain customer information database on regular basis.
∎ Make a good amount of cold calls for new business leads
∎ Write email, proposals, and various other business informational letters.
∎ Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
∎ Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients and travel to customer sites to promote company's products and services.
∎ Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts.
∎ Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns.
∎ Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Competitor analysis, Excellent Presentation Skills, Good at communication, Reporting, Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Experience in Service Industry will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales
∎ Experience candidates in HR Outsourcing Service will be given preferences.
