Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for monitoring overall activities of the Import process of all buyers and back to back L/C opening
∎ Capable to ensure on-time booking, goods handover, Import documents submission & Import payment claim.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing & Merchandising department for shipment schedule, PO sheet collection for smooth Import execution.
∎ Coordinate with different forwarder/shipping Line for on time booking & Import documents submission.
∎ Capable to handle C&F for smooth execution of shipment & on time goods handover to shipping line.
∎ Prepare monthly Import statement.
∎ Capable to maintain the deadline of shipping documents submission.
∎ Adequate knowledge on imp issue, duplicate reporting in Bangladesh bank dash board & customs rules & shipping rules for smooth execution of import.
∎ Well conversant with Bond License, Bank correspondence & other statutory authorities;
∎ Collect export order and prepare sales contract as per buyer require mentioning all required information.
∎ Prepared documents for every shipment. Confirm shipping line ensure with service and ensure best freight for required destination.
