Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Maintain detailed records and reports on quality control processes, including inspection results, non-conformance reports, and quality improvement initiatives.
∎ Knowledge of machine costing, finishing and packing.
∎ Knowledge of Furniture Testing Machines and its operation·
∎ Have to responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating furniture items at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
∎ Systematic inspections of furniture items throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products, to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to establish and communicate quality control standards and guidelines·
∎ Identify and document any defects, variations, or non-conformities in products, components, or materials·
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in furniture production.
∎ Address quality issues with suppliers as needed.
∎ Continuously monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes as necessary.
