∎ Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
∎ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
∎ A degree in textile technology or garment manufacturing is a strong advantage.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
∎ Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Global QA Head with reporting, including compiling and analyzing data related to Quality Assurance.
∎ Coordinate QA activities globally, including the scheduling and execution of factory evaluations across various regions.
∎ Support the Compliance team by ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
∎ Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Global QA Head, ensuring efficiency and consistency in processes.
∎ Act as a liaison between the QA department and other regional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
∎ Proactively identify areas for improvement within the QA processes and suggest initiatives to enhance performance.
