Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Post Graduate qualification in EHS or HR or relevant subject or NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop; implement policies, best practices and H&S systems to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
∎ Develop training modules to interpret and comply with local regulations, company policies, and the customer H&S strategy.
∎ Recommend H&S objectives and targets in line with country requirements, corporate objectives and the global safety strategy.
∎ Design audit program and the implementation of improvement actions.
∎ Be a lead expert in a specialized area of H&S management for the organization.
∎ Analyze and interpret appropriate data to risk profile and ensure effective corrective/counter actions are taken
∎ Audit sites using the Global H&S Audit template and provide guidance and support to improve performance and monitor progress regular against their safety improvement plan.
∎ Ensure hazards, near misses, serious incidents and injuries are reported; thoroughly investigated, systemic causes are identified with appropriate and effective corrective actions.
∎ Develop and deliver training and coaching to embed a safe and healthy working environment across all business operations.
∎ Partner with the line management to develop safety improvement plans and mentor those involved in implementation.
∎ Train line managers, calibrating and moderating self-audits and action plans

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of ISO14001 and Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing Systems.
∎ People agility and experience in handling regulatory authorities and capable of interpreting legislation.
∎ Proficient in English is must.
∎ Auditing /Payroll /HR & compliance in factories experienced candidate will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
