∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Partly qualified of CA/ CMA/ ACCA (Experience in reputed Audit Firm) preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to assist for the execution of finance & Accounts operation complying with company policy.
∎ Able to assist for process improvement of overall finance & Accounts activities in the organization.
∎ Extract and input data from various sources in accounting systems.
∎ Able to assist to prepare reconciliation statement and MIS report of accounts and finance for management.
∎ Able to assist monthly accounts and submit to the superior.
∎ Maintain inventory system by supervising the record of all productive items & acquisition of fixed assets.
∎ Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank and balance sheet, accounts reconciliation, monthly closing, invoice, monitoring timely submission of financial report etc. to the superior.
∎ Ensure that the billing and collection schedule is maintained accordingly to support operational requirements.
∎ Able to help to prepare plan of action for internal control audit and implement accordingly.
∎ Able to help to monitor total operating cost and interest cost.
∎ Able to assist to superior for VAT & TAX related matter.
∎ Identify skill and behavioral gap among accounts personnel and take necessary actions.
∎ Should be well conversant with Tally ERP.9 and Office Application.
∎ Carry out any special duty assigned by the management for the organizational interest.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
