Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed University. Preference shall be given to candidates with additional certification from Garment manufacturing and Quality monitoring institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to be skilled in Japanese language as reading & writing.
∎ Monitor production status with Japan counter part office, also related buyers & associate factories.
∎ Ensure all approval matter with Japan buyers & also associate factories.
∎ Ensure the factory sends daily production update accurately to concerned merchant team.
∎ Work closely with factory key personnel on sampling and sewing areas to ensure delivery dates.
∎ Escalate Exceptions on absence of QA for ensure the necessary action for production follow up & check size set and provide necessary comments, pattern amendments and proceed to Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) after size set approval.
∎ Follow up line feeding, machine set up, and mock up approval
∎ Ensure all line setup process controls in factory including line loading.
∎ Verify fabric quality, color, tests requirements, print, wash (embellishment) quality and placement as per tech pack and customer comments and maintain required quality levels in bulk production that need to check with associate factories & also japan buyer.
∎ Maintain washing standards, hand-feel, shade, test parameters of bulk production follow up with factories.
∎ Follow up the sampling / development programs with japan buyer & ensure to prepare the sampling follow up with japan buyer, also associate factories.
∎ Monitor QC work and train them to control quality levels as buyer requirements.
∎ Follow best practices and process control points to ensure SOP has been maintained for all orders customer grade wise.
∎ Check print panel for quality and placement and cutting quality (marker, relaxing, shade)
∎ Check factory QC records, conduct daily inline inspection and measurement check and solve production issues.
∎ Make sure print and embroidery (embellishment) quality, shade, hand feel and durability in bulk by conducting necessary actions as per buyer requirements that need to check with buyer & also factories.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of garment related matters.
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Garments Accessories, Fabric, Garment Washing, AQL Standards.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and hard working.
∎ English, Bengali & Japanese proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
