Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
∎ Previous experience with Sophos firewall and Fortinet firewall, Cisco switches and routers preferred.
∎ CCNA vendor certification is preferred for the position.
∎ Training CCNP certification and Firewall will get preferred for this position.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and configure Networking devices like Sophos XGS series firewall, Fortinet firewall, Cisco switches and Wireless router.
∎ Maintain and monitor traffic and ensure optimal performance of networks.
∎ Maintain network stability and sustainability, having depth knowledge on VPN Gateways (IPSec VPN) and intrusion detection, application filtering and web application filtering systems.
∎ Maintain inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards and vendor activities.
∎ Identify and solve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
∎ Working with IT support personnel.
∎ Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven network engineering, network operations and network performance analysis skills.
∎ Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
∎ Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
