Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in the maintenance and repair of printers manufactured by Canon, HP, Xerox, Epson etc.
∎ Special preference will be given to the candidates having experience on Canon IR 2520, IR IR2450 and Photocopier machine.
∎ Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
∎ Provide accurate feedback with close call information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings.
∎ Able to solve problems,
∎ Read and comprehend technical information.
∎ Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
∎ Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of Basic Networking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
∎ Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
