Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide technical support for Sunshine IT's software solutions (POS, Accounting, Inventory, Billing, etc.) to clients via phone, and remote Training sessions for Software.
- Note software issues and Client Follow-up, user errors, and bugs efficiently.
- Assist in software installation, configuration, and onboarding for new clients.
- Collaborate with the development team to report issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain detailed logs Throw CRM and Ticket and Live chat Maintain and documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Train end-users and prepare guides, manuals, and FAQs to ensure user-friendliness.
- Visit client sites occasionally for on-site support, training, or troubleshooting (if required).
- Provide prompt feedback to clients and ensure service satisfaction.
