∎ Training/Trade Course: Microsoft 365,Cyber Security,CISCO
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis,Information technology,Software

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translating BD Finance business requirements into functional and technical system requirements.
∎ Ensuring that the technical processes to be used to translate the requirements into deliverables are defined and integrated into the project's process and in planning, monitoring and control.
∎ Participation in execution of project and related activities, including ensuring availability of resources.
∎ Analyze existing business processes and develop detailed requirements for Technology solution, proposes changes that may or may not be related to automation or technology.
∎ Assesses and documents impact of the applications or systems to the integrated Organization’s systems environment.
∎ Identifies inefficient business processes and enabling technology and recommends solutions to alleviate business problems and/or enhance business processes.
∎ Participates in designing use case using UML, as well as preparing user documentation and training manuals.
∎ Negotiate service level agreements with vendors.
∎ Interact with regulatory bodies (Bangladesh Bank, BSEC & CDBL) for clarifications/ updates/ enhancements, interface with business units regarding technology related new requirements.
∎ Analyze, Develop and upgrade in-house software with SAP.NET, MVC, C#, T-SQL, Ajax, JQuery, CSS & JavaScript.

∎ Required Technology (IT) domain expertise.
∎ Required experience in CBS system (e. g. Bankultimus/ Flexcube/ Temenos)
∎ Required Database expertise.
∎ Relevant experience in Bank/NBFIs
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and people management skills.
∎ Ability to handle complex situation.
∎ Good negotiation skill and communication skill in English and Bengali.
