Responsibilities & Context:
1. Ensure the allocation of resources to implement HIGG, GTW, BLUE WIN, ZDHC & others environment standard, and arrange & conduct training as per requirement.
2. Monitor the entire environmental hazard, incident, accident including near miss are registered properly.
3. Prepare Planning and assist conducting of internal audits, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
4. Assist EMS Committee on EMS Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations.
5. Ensure regular emergency response exercises and chemical spill drill including emergency evacuation drills is conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintains records of such drills.
6. To provide recommendations for emergency response improvements.
7. To supervise the regular inspection of environmental and emergency response equipment.
8. To assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans
9. To ensure that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive HSE inductions for theatre operations;
10. Any others duties required when necessary and report to HIGG, GTW, BLUE WIN, ZDHC & others env Advisory Committee.
