Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all physical and mechanical tests in testing lab for ensuring all quality parameters as per standard.
∎ Monitor all quality related activities to ensure quality product as per relevant standard and issue Mill Test Certificate (MTC) in a relevant shift.
∎ Keep record of all quality related tests and non-conforming.
∎ Co-ordination with SMS and Rolling Mill production personnel to ensure product quality.
∎ Always inform superiors if any deviation related to product quality and testing facilities.
∎ Follow standard operating procedure (SOP) strictly for quality related activities.
∎ Prepare SQC for all the product size and grade as per requirements.
∎ Handle Metallurgical microscope regarding several tests for metallographic properties.
∎ Visit customer complaints if there is any and solve the same.
∎ Ensure accurate operation in ERP/SAP system.
∎ Ensure safe, sound and helpful working environment through team work.
