Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices into AKIJ Resource, driving environmental responsibility, and fostering a culture of social and ethical consciousness.
∎ Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resource.
∎ Create item requests based on the production plan, ensuring material availability and efficient use of resources.
∎ Collect, summarize, and update daily production data in the ERP system to maintain accurate records and generate reports for management.
∎ Ensure effective manpower management within the production department, optimizing workforce allocation to meet production targets.
∎ Create raw material consumption reports for accurate inventory tracking and coordinate with departments to ensure stock levels are maintained.
∎ Generate daily production reports, track key performance metrics, and analyze budget variances, providing insights for continuous improvement.
∎ Arrange and participate in monthly production target meetings, control day-to-day operations, and ensure alignment with the production plan.
∎ Create, manage, and track Service Requests (SR) related to production, following up to ensure timely resolution and improved production efficiency.
∎ Evaluate current production activities, conduct breakdown analysis, provide guidance on maintaining high-quality standards, and minimize wastage through efficient practices.
