Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate),CCNP,Firewall,Hardware & Networking,IT Support Service,MTCNA,Switching & Routing

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Only Male
  • In-depth knowledge of computer networking (IP-based networks) and configuration of large-scale networks with multiple services. Server Configuration, Design Drawing, VM Etc.

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining systems like Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Access Points, RAID, NAS, etc.

  • Practical knowledge of operational tools used for troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in-person, to assist clients.

  • Ability to read and understand network diagrams and system documentation.

  • Availability to work 24x7 as needed, depending on client demand.

  • Smart, punctual, and with a proactive attitude to fulfill client requirements.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices (Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, etc.) and server solutions (HPE, Dell, Lenovo).

  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Access Control Systems and Videowall Solutions.

  • Provide live product demonstrations to clients either at their premises or remotely.

  • Respond to support calls from clients and internal departments.

  • Maintain logs, service support registers, and ensure proper documentation of all activities.

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team during client visits and provide necessary technical insights.

  • Manage and update information on the CRM platform regularly.

  • Create and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with service users.
