Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify industry specific employers demand through local market survey, interviewing, arranging stakeholders’ consultation forum etc.
∎ Identify and secure potential partner organization for providing industrial attachment and Job placement.
∎ Ensure job placement for BRAC-ISD graduates by identifying and securing potential employers through developing partnership & signing MOU.
∎ Maintain regular communication with the employers, following up BRAC-ISD graduates’ performance.
∎ Maintain effective communication with different industry specific employers’ forum, industry specific associations, etc.
∎ Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on projects need.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Sound knowledge on business management.
∎ Skills in implementing marketing activities at the field level.
∎ Sound communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Flexible for traveling outside of Dhaka and frequent movement within Dhaka City.
∎ Having valid Motor Cycle License would be an added advantage.
∎ Good presentation skill in both English and Bangla.
∎ Sound writing skill in English.
