Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure job placements for BRAC Institute of Skills Development (BRAC-ISD) graduates.
∎ Identify industry-specific employers' demands through local market surveys, interviews, and by arranging stakeholders' consultation forums.
∎ Identify and secure potential partner organizations to provide industrial attachments and job placements.
∎ Maintain regular communication with employers and sign MOUs (Memorandums of Understanding).
∎ Ensure proper communication with different industry-specific employers' forums and industry-specific associations.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly reports as per project requirements.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least two years’ work experience preferably in job placement of TVET graduates.

Salary: Negotiable
