∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Diploma, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

∎ Age 28 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all electroplating operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in Copper, Zinc-Nickel, and Zinc-Chrome Hanger Plating.
∎ Manage production planning and execution, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Supervise a team of operators and helpers, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
∎ Ensure all plating processes maintain correct chemical combinations, density levels, and surface conductivity.
∎ Maintain accurate records of chemical stock levels, usage, and weekly consumption reports, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
∎ Responsible for daily production reporting, machine-wise capacity tracking, and efficiency analysis of manpower.
∎ Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for staff to ensure best practices in safety and production.
∎ Monitor and maintain compliance with quality control standards and environmental regulations related to plating operations.
∎ Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
∎ Ensure data entry in internal systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
