∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to supervise & monitor all breakdowns of machinery & equipment in respective area. (Sub-station, Generator, compressor, Heat Seal, Fusing machine, Steam Iron, AC, Gerber Cutter, spreaders, Plotters, Pin tables, Laser cutter, lay end cutters, Embroidery Machines, wrapping machine, fabric inspection machine, washing machine, dry machine & all the light , Fan, blower, UPS etc.
∎ Responsible to supervise & monitor the preventive maintenance of machinery & equipment in respective area.
∎ Responsible to supervise & monitor that all the respective machines & equipment are kept ready before start the bulk production as per weekly and monthly machine requirement plans.
∎ Machine down / loss times and feeding cycle times has to be achieved as per the given base lines.
∎ Responsible to supervise & monitor to keep require standards of health and safety activities all around the factory and relevant working area as per the local authority and the customer requirements.
∎ Responsible to monitor the Utility related all activities like-water treatment plant, preparing new rack/trolly/repair etc & arranging spare parts or materials for utility work.
∎ Responsible to monitor all server, camera, punch machine, telephone, network are functional.
∎ Responsible to reduce energy loses & utility cost.
∎ Maintain the vendor compliance as per the customers, BEPZA & other local authorities.
∎ Responsible to monitor that all additional machines, equipment is kept clean and covered in allocated area.
∎ Responsible to monitor that update the service card as service period/schedule.
∎ Responsible to arrange the spare parts/materials requirement/stock for breakdown maintenance on time.
∎ Quality policy & objective has to be followed accordingly.
∎ Equipment, machinery, working area and building tidiness, cleanness, security, ISO and 5S activities have to be maintained properly.
∎ All records and relevant documents have to be maintained & updated properly.
∎ Quick respond for breakdown.
∎ Preventive & breakdown maintenance has to be carried out by maintaining risk assessment.
∎ Development & implementations have to be carried out.
∎ Any duties and responsibilities assign by the management time to time as deemed necessary. Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could effect the H&S risks are necessary.
∎ Ensure aspects that have impact to the environment by your processes is identified and reviews to meet with environmental objectives of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have work experience with knit garments.
