Strong organizational and time management skills
Should be proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (for BOQs), SLD design
Tender Submission Knowledge (EGP, EOI, RFP) will get preference.
Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
Design and draft electrical systems including SLDs, power layouts, and load schedules.
Use AutoCAD to prepare accurate electrical drawings.
Conduct cost estimation and prepare BOQs for electrical systems.
Prepare rate analysis and support procurement with material specs.
Prepare and submit electrical tender documents.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical works.
Collect and analyze market rates for materials and services.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, NEC, IEC, and safety standards.
Maintain complete project documentation and test reports.
Maintain all documentation related to drawings, tenders, and estimates.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on project design progress, estimation, and tender outcomes to management.
