Strong organizational and time management skills
Should be proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro
Tender Submission Knowledge (EGP, EOI, RFP) will get preference.
Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
Design and analyze structural components using ETABS and STAAD.Pro.
Prepare and revise architectural and structural drawings in AutoCAD.
Conduct cost estimation and prepare BOQs for civil works.
Prepare rate quotations and analyze material & labor costs.
Prepare and submit technical and financial tender documents.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure execution as per design.
Collect and analyze market rates for materials and services.
Visit sites, verify works, and resolve construction-related issues.
Maintain all documentation related to drawings, tenders, and estimates.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on project design progress, estimation, and tender outcomes to management
