∎ Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc in EEE from any reputed organization
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Electrical, Electrical Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance and operations of utility machines by maintain the maintenance schedule and calendar.
∎ Have skill in Emergency breakdown maintenance work.
∎ To ensure the smooth function of utility services (Compressor, Cooling tower, AHU, Pump, Chiller, boiler, ETP, WTP etc)
∎ Supervision, monitoring & working different Electrical & mechanical machinery of Biscuit plant, screw conveyor etc.
∎ Different types try forming injection molding m/c, Cup forming m/c, Auto Blowing m/c etc.
∎ To ensure installation & commissioning work is executed as per the specifications and standards of requirements.
∎ Make BOQ for every development work.
∎ Organize all Electrical & mechanical for daily maintenance schedule.
∎ Maintain the spare parts availability and manage in proper account for preventive maintenance.
∎ Make requisition all types of Electrical & mechanical spare parts and communicate with procurement.
∎ Issuing daily work permit to ensure the work place safety as per SOP's.
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machines.
∎ Provide utility & maintenance related required support to the production & other concern team.
∎ Maintain proper documents for ISO and others audit & keep record.
∎ Inventory all spare parts monthly/yearly.
∎ Manpower management skill & team works.
∎ Daily/weekly/monthly works report to management.
∎ Attend KIZEN work & cost save of machine.
∎ To attend any other jobs as per required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in Biscuit & Beverage Company.
∎ Proficiency in Computer and English language is a must.
∎ Should be strong and self-motivated.
∎ Need to work under stress & in complex situation.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently
