Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Enviromental Engineeringing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Environmental Science
∎ Training/Trade Course: chemical and industrial safety
∎ Skills Required: crisis management, Objective Thinking, Schedule and Detail Oriented, Self control
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor compliance with all the goals and objectives of environmental programs, occupational health and safety, and provide the head of EHS complete and updated information.
∎ Effective management Enablon parameters, timely managing the information to be entered, keeping records sorted for proper traceability sending validation parameters within the stipulated time
∎ Providing support in the process of updating the database of environmental management system
∎ Provide support in monitoring the action plans of corporate and external audits (ISO 9007: 2008, ISO 14001: 2007, CSR fire department, health secretary, Ministry of Labor.
∎ Provide guidance to employees in compliance with safe work procedures and proper use of PPE, and collaborate Jan l development of safe work procedures.
∎ Record and track work permits (Caliente, height, confined space)
∎ Report and stop work in dangerous situations posing imminent employees, the public, facilities or equipment.
∎ Actively participate in the brigades of the plant and coordinate training and retraining of it.
∎ It provides the necessary support for adequate research, recording and monitoring incidents-accidents
∎ It gives a proper follow-up inspections team emergency responses ensuring that the findings are not repeated in the following inspections.
∎ Coordinate charges of extinguishers and maintenance thereof as well as other elements of the SCI
∎ Timely coordination of HK (Program itself, programming officers, monitoring) with timely corrections findings (when applicable), clear presentation of the same and timely delivery of results, in addition to presenting the findings to those responsible for each area.
∎ Full coordination of annual training EHS (Programming, logistics, food, lists, announcements, preparation of materials)
∎ Development of requisitioning department timely and orderly carries the record.
∎ Coordinate and provide overall EHS induction of new staff
∎ Coordinate services, access providers and visits department
∎ Develop ergonomic risk analysis required.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
