∎ At least 2 years of customer service experience (eCommerce experience is a bonus!)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling customer and supplier inquiries across platforms (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) via email, phone, WhatsApp, and chat support tools (Zoho Mail, Chat Bot, etc.)
∎ Managing order processing, claims, and issue resolution with suppliers, postal services, and marketplaces
∎ Creating and optimizing eBay & Amazon listings with well-researched keywords, titles, bullet points, and high-quality images
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing feedback & reviews.
∎ Handling customer returns, postage labels, and order tracking updates.
∎ Proactively monitoring undelivered mail and aged stock management.
∎ Liaising with external partners and logistics providers.
∎ Experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce (Amazon, eBay, or Shopify experience is a plus!)
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and partners
∎ Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and multi-channel marketplace tools
∎ Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
∎ A proactive and problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet and exceed targets
∎ Creativity and enthusiasm for eCommerce growth and optimization
