WMS360 is a cloud-based warehouse and multichannel order management platform (built by Combosoft Ltd) serving UK e-commerce sellers and 3PLs. We're hiring an SEO & AI Search Specialist who can grow our organic visibility across both traditional search engines and the new generation of AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Gemini). You'll own the full SEO stack — technical, on-page, content, and links — while also leading our Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategy and using AI tools to scale output across content and design.
Execute and manage SEO strategies to grow organic traffic, rankings, qualified leads, and trial sign-ups for WMS360.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis across the WMS, OMS, and 3PL software categories.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, JavaScript rendering, and site architecture.
Optimise on-page elements including metadata, schema markup (SoftwareApplication, FAQ, HowTo, Organisation), internal linking, and content.
Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability across marketing pages and the help/docs site.
Manage backlink strategy and digital PR outreach to build authority within the UK e-commerce, logistics, and SaaS ecosystem.
Track and report on SEO KPIs (rankings, organic sessions, MQLs, sign-ups, assisted conversions) with actionable insights.
Develop and execute a Generative Engine Optimisation strategy to ensure WMS360 is cited and recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews when prospects research warehouse and order management software.
Monitor brand visibility, citations, and share of voice across LLM-powered answer engines using tools such as Ahrefs Brand Radar, Profound, Peec AI, or equivalent.
Structure content for AI extraction and citation: clear definitional sections, comparison tables, well-formed FAQs, and entity-rich copy.
Build and maintain entity associations (Wikipedia, Wikidata, G2, Capterra, GitHub, LinkedIn, industry directories) so LLMs reliably understand WMS360's category, features, and integrations.
Optimise for conversational and long-tail intent queries that dominate AI search behaviour.
Track AI-driven referral traffic in GA4 and report on its contribution to the pipeline.
Use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to scale content briefs, drafts, outlines, and editing workflows — without sacrificing accuracy or brand voice.
Build and maintain prompt libraries and content templates for blog posts, comparison pages, integration pages, and help docs.
Apply human editorial review to ensure every published asset is factually accurate, on-brand, and demonstrably better than the AI-generated baseline.
Collaborate with product and developer teams to translate technical features (API integrations, workflows, channel support) into search-optimised content.
Build automations and lightweight scripts/agents to handle repetitive SEO tasks: rank tracking, SERP monitoring, internal link audits, schema generation, content refreshes, and reporting.
Use tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Google Apps Script, Python, or MCP-based agents to connect Search Console, Ahrefs, GA4, and the CMS.
Identify opportunities to replace manual reporting and analysis with AI-assisted workflows that free up time for strategy.
Design visually engaging graphics for web pages, blog posts, social media, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Canva AI, Figma AI plugins) to accelerate ideation and production of infographics, banners, featured images, and social creatives.
Create landing pages, email templates, and ad creatives as needed.
Optimise image file sizes, formats (WebP, AVIF), and alt text for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Ensure all AI-generated and hand-crafted visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

Proven track record growing organic traffic and conversions for SaaS or e-commerce brands.
Strong technical SEO foundation (rendering, schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals).
Demonstrable experience using AI tools in production SEO and content workflows — not just experimentation.
Understanding of how LLMs retrieve, rank, and cite information, and how to influence that.
Comfortable writing prompts, building simple automations, and reading basic code.
Eye for design and the judgement to know when AI-generated visuals need a human polish.
Self-starter who can own the function end-to-end in a small, fast-moving SaaS team.
