Brand communication strategy, Brand Planning/ Development, E commerce, Merketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and deliver the marketing and communication strategy & budget - plan and manage its implementation by closely liaising with key stakeholders.
∎ Develop and handle the defined MARCOM campaigns and subsequently evaluate the effectiveness of these marketing/communication campaigns through consistent reporting and if required make appropriate adjustments to future campaigns.
∎ Act as the brand ambassador number one, drive brand activation and ensure on-brand experience throughout each and every brand touch point.
∎ Regularly conduct in-house brand trainings for all departments and new employees.
∎ Supervise and closely liaise with the appointed Communication/PR agencies and come up with a comprehensive quarterly PR plan.
∎ Collect content, prepare and distribute press releases.
∎ Develop and handle the social media strategy and content plan.
∎ Manage media and influence marketing opportunities and inquiries.
∎ Plan itineraries for media visits, keep departments informed and host media/press trips.
∎ Plan and prepare email marketing and display advertising content.
∎ Verify all advertising for the company in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.
∎ Optimize the online presence on the social media channels and various booking platforms.
∎ Assist other departments with the production of collateral.
∎ Manage photo and video shoots and update/establish the image database.
∎ Monitor competition and its collateral, advertising, and marketing efforts as well as constantly evolving digital and marketing trends.
∎ Supervise E-commerce Marketing Team
∎ Collaborate with IT department to establish site analytics
∎ Creates graph in the system to track product sales
∎ Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns
∎ Maintain contact with IT department to ensure system security
∎ Identify and reaches out to potential associates
∎ Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience
∎ Use data to create strategic plan
∎ Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing
