∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports for Management Team
∎ Develop strategies for growth by identifying and exploring gaps in the market and discover new cohorts to generate demand maintaining optimal spend
∎ Design and implement optimal spend strategy (both demand and supply) based on demand projection and deliver on steep targets to ensure business is operating at an optimal net-inflow
∎ Improve revenue streams and maintain targeted positive gross margin
∎ Provide data driven consultation on new projects and initiatives
∎ Build automated dashboards and queries
∎ Build ad-hoc and regular MySQL queries for customer analytics, segmentation and business health monitoring
∎ Use Tableau, Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization of trends to provide recommendations to key stakeholders
∎ Use tools and techniques to scrutinize information and guide relevant operation team to make important decisions by identifying various facts and trends
∎ Work with cross functional teams and build dashboards for them to improve operational efficiency
∎ Customer analytics and CLM - Lead series of experiments to understand user behavior, understand retention mechanism for each cohort and generate higher revenue
∎ Lead Pre - post promotion and campaign evaluation and suggest future iterations
∎ Design Provider incentive modality, Quest and campaign to improve supply efficiency
∎ Collaborate with Marketing team to create data driven demand strategies for effective generation of organic non-paid and paid traffic, increase retention and boost user acquisition with optimal spending
∎ Initiate collaboration and partnerships with relevant cross industry organization and explore new avenues of user acquisition and retention

∎ Adaptive, leadership and crisis management skill
