∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing SOP in each and every operation.
∎ Monitor and to ensure fabric Planning and organizing production schedules considering target delivery dates by assessing the capacity of the Production unit.
∎ Ensure Finished Fabrics support to Garments Division as per garments line plan.
∎ Coordinate with the Merchant Team to set fabric projection.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the execution from planning to on-time delivery for each and every order by maintaining the highest degree of quality.
∎ Regular Monitoring follow-up of Production considering quality parameters.
∎ Ensure Quality Issues in the early stage of Production.
∎ Direct monitoring of the Dyeing Batch Plan.
∎ Maintain a healthy atmosphere with Management to deliver high-quality goods on time.
∎ Supervise Lab Functionality, Testing Results, Approvals etc.
∎ 11. Prepare Production Reports with projections on a regular basis and report to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 35 years.
∎ At least 10-15 year(s) in related field in which 3 to 5 years as Head of Fabric Division.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Garments Textile specially in Production Management.
∎ Dyeing & Finishing.
∎ Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Sound Knowledge of special dyes/chemical treatments for achieving long lasting and high fastness fabrics.
