Job Responsibilities:
∎ Policy development.
∎ Work process development.
∎ Organogram up-gradation.
∎ Salary & Benefit Survey.
∎ Employee Branding.
∎ HR Audit.
∎ HRIS development.
∎ Plans and organize need base training.
∎ Employee JD specifications/ justifications
∎ Forms / Format development.
∎ Controls of documents.
∎ Performance review.
∎ Co-ordinate with the vendor to up-gradation of HR module in ERP.
∎ Regular correspondences with HR Operations Team.
∎ Regular/ surprising visit to concern company.
∎ Any other assignment provided by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to organize and facilitate workshops, seminars and rallies at different levels.
∎ Strong English in both written and oral.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of budgets and budgeting.
∎ Strong knowledge and ability to use MS Office and other software.
