Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post graduation degree from any Reputed university.
∎ Diploma/ Post Graduation Diploma/ any advance Professional Course in textile technology/ Merchandising will be an added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a DMM especially for woven bottoms..
∎ Having experience working with Tesco will be given privilege`s.
∎ Should have a good knowledge of woven product.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the sourcing strategy of the division , build and manage own sourcing team,
∎ Track and report business levels versus margin targets.
∎ Identify issues and provide resolution.
∎ Monitor and track relevant product development and delivery of product across clothing.
∎ Will be responsible for managing the product creation process from design hand off to production.
∎ Will establish and execute the brand strategy for the apparel product to achieve financial and product integrity goals.
∎ Develop and implement business plan and sourcing strategy.
∎ Prepare SOPs for the division and specific JDs/IOPs for individual team members.
∎ Develop and implement monitoring procedures and tools including KPIs.
∎ Guide, motivate, and develop Team members
∎ Monitor and track product development
∎ Identify new sourcing opportunities and suppliers.
∎ Provide best of the competitive prices to buyers/customers.
∎ Complete order tracking from tech-pack receipt to shipment.
∎ Review suppliers? capacity and capabilities
∎ Oversee activities of the team members, identify their strength and weakness and evaluate their performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ knowledge Woven Bottoms and Woven washes along with costing.
∎ Should have hands-on experience related to customer relations management, product and business development, costing for new inquiries, quoting and sampling for new buyers, etc.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure with set target.
∎ Should have proven leadership and inter-personal skills with capacity to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Should be proficient in computing.
∎ Should be fluent in both spoken and written communications in English.
∎ Excellent communication skill required.
