∎ JOB PURPOSE: To ensure increasing access to safely managed water, safely managed sanitation and establish a financial model for WASH in rural areas by leading diverse workforce at different levels.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop annual operating plan (AOP) & operational strategy and ensure timely execution.
∎ Coordinate field level activities and field visit to identify problems and find the way of solution by follow up, monitoring & supporting supervision.
∎ Review and share monthly performance reports to head office and provide constructive feedback to DMs and POs to improve the performances.
∎ Disseminate decision taken from the head office to the field management
∎ Ensure financial control of project as per budget and work plan
∎ Coordinate with relevant Government's office, NGOs and others stakeholders at different levels e.g. divisional and district level to create demand on WASH
∎ Develop staff capacity through field visit, meeting, discussion and individual contact, on the job training
∎ Close communication and coordination with Microfinance programme for adequate disbursement loan for water and sanitation options
∎ Ensure installation of water and sanitation options through loan and grants
∎ Ensure instalment of WASH loan outstanding that was disbursed in previous phase
∎ Assist in preparing project proposals, periodical reports, write up on different aspects of the program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluency in computer literateracy (i.e. Google Suite, MS Office, Internet surfing)
∎ Excellent in presentation and communication skills (Both verbal and written in Bangla and English)
∎ Strong Negotiation skills ,excellent in collaboration & partnering
∎ Understanding of community-based approaches, financial management
∎ Minimum Five years of working experience in relevant field
