Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the overall financial and non-financial sales targets including sales revenue margins, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Implement the company marketing strategies in alignment with the BU strategy and objectives including identification of strategic business opportunities
∎ Assist in developing the marketing and large account management plans and processes to deliver performance objectives.
∎ Defining and developing new business and work processes.
∎ Understanding local industries, customers and competition and meet the demand of the customers.
∎ Make operational decisions around marketing campaigns, account pricing and new product introduction.
∎ L/C , SAP Documentation.
∎ Bill materialization.
∎ Accountable for implementation of Marketing communications strategy and implementation of marketing communications activities in line with the budget allocations
∎ Develop commercialization plans to ensure effective implementation
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Key analytical product marketing and sales tools
∎ Deep understanding of business to business product marketing
∎ Latest marketing and sales instruments knowledge in order to drive innovation
