Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the coordination of the planning and development of the TB Control Programme to improve the TB control status in division. Supervision, Monitoring and evaluation of TB Control Activities according to plan and provide assistance and recommendation for improvements.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Location: BRAC Field Office (Rangpur)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth transition of programme in order to enhance government ownership and sustainability
∎ Work closely with the respective NTP Divisional TB Expert to ensure integration of the programme at upazial and district levels
∎ Maintain effective coordination with the all stakeholders including government and other relevant partners
∎ Perform Supervision & Monitoring to maintain quality of Programme (i.e programmatic, financial and administrative) and take initiatives to solve the problems if arises
∎ Review of the programmatic and financial reports and ensure feedback to respective field offices
∎ Practice and promote BRAC Gender Policy. Support implementation of gender equality and women empowerment at all levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Computer proficiency
∎ Excellent Coordination and communication with stakeholders
∎ Updated TB context
∎ Programme Evaluation, capacity building and community mobilization
∎ Capacity to work independently in the field with minimum guideline
∎ People Management
∎ Minimum 05 years' experience including 02 years in managerial position
