∎ JOB PURPOSE: Purpose of the position is to coordinate overall activities of socio-economic reintegration of returnee migrants. Closely supervise Field Organizers of respective Upazilla. Organize and facilitate issue based training, workshop and meetings, keep documentation, prepare periodical report and project MIS. Maintain regular and timely communication with local level stakeholders i.e. duty bearers, Local Govt. Institutes, Journalists, returnee migration forum and other relevant persons and institutes/organizations for advocacy and networking for smooth implementation of field level activities.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Field Officers working in project under respective Reintegration Service Center and provide continuous guidance to the team for ensuring quality programme implementation / field operations.
∎ Visit field on regular basis and facilitate field activities for ensuring better outcome of project.
∎ Volunteer selection and their capacity building and provide guidance to implement activities, develop and maintain volunteer database.
∎ Organize training, meeting and workshops workshop at local level and field visit.
∎ Communicate & develop good relation with local level stakeholders (GO and NGOs) for ensuring field level activity, advocacy and networking.
∎ Coordinate and make follow-up of returnee profiling, develop and maintain online database.
∎ Liaise with local level industries/institutes and projects for managing job placement for the returnees
∎ Indentify best practices/ case story collection, documentation and prepare periodical activity report/ MIS etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Project Implementation, Field implementation, Community Mobilization, Activities Facilitation and Management, Finance and accounts and field operation etc.
∎ Knowledge on Migration, Labor trafficking & Returnee and re-integration issues.
∎ Reporting, Communication, Documentation, Monitoring.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
