Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing the store/distribution center: Oversee all aspects of store management, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
∎ Inventory management: Direct inventory management tasks, including receiving, organizing, and handling supplies in the distribution center.
∎ Maintaining stock records: Maintain accurate stock records and documentation for incoming and outgoing inventory.
∎ Setting distribution goals: Establish distribution goals and devise strategic plans to effectively manage distribution operations.
∎ Planning and managing distribution operations: Developing strategies and plans to optimize distribution processes, including route planning, resource allocation, and workload management.
∎ Resource identification and workload assignments: Identifying the necessary resources (e.g., personnel, equipment) and assigning tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Route planning and optimization: Optimize daily routes and enhance route planning to ensure prompt and efficient deliveries.
∎ Cost reduction initiatives: Spearhead initiatives to reduce costs while upholding productivity and quality standards.
∎ Planning and scheduling deliveries: Coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
