Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any Discipline; preferably in Business Administration/Public Administration/Management/HRM from a Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive all kinds of directives, advice & guidance from the Group Chairman & CEO and accomplish all required assignments accordingly.
∎ To ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring of overall activities of the Group.
∎ To ensure proper coordination with all Business Units of the Group.
∎ To ensure effective and efficient operation all Units of the Group.
∎ To ensure the entire activities related to Compliance of the Group.
∎ To look after the administrative and policy matters including office & disciplinary management.
∎ To ensure proper safety & security of Group’s employees, assets and properties including its fire, electrical, mechanical, chemical & health safety hazard.
∎ To contribute and maintain a congenial working environment inside the Group.
∎ To review the different Reports submitted by various Units of the Group.
∎ To be concerned and proactive about creative & innovative ideas for protecting Group’s interest.
∎ To maintain good relationship with Compliance Ensuring Agencies, Labor Office, Labor Court, Labor Federation, Law Enforcing Departments, Local Authorities etc.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office Management.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on implementation of KPI & SOP.
∎ Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality.
