Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Candidate should be Graduate with 3-5 years experience in the relevant field.
∎ 2. Candidate have to be a retired Army/ Police officer
∎ 3. Candidate should have experience to Maintain liaison with regulatory bodies and stake-holders (Govt./Private) like; BGMEA,BKMEA, fire & civil defense department, Labor Court, Police Station, Industrial Police, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations, Environment office, local influences etc. Managing of employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling and grievance handling.
∎ 4. Handle of legal, disciplinary matter, final settlement activities as per Labor Law-2006, 2013, 2018 and Labor Rules-2015. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases, and workers grievance related issue.
∎ 5. Support to management for developing production and manage workers.

∎ Age 45 to 60 years
