∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support to the local team for software installation and upgradation in the devices.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the devices by troubleshooting for software and hardware.
∎ Facilitate refresher sessions in monthly meetings on new knowledge and skills required for the upgradation and usability of the system.
∎ Manage supply chain of devices, software, and accessories through communicating with the local office, Head office and vendors.
∎ Prepare & share reports as per programme needs.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Knowledge about Data management and MIS system
∎ Knowledge on Computer fundamentals, MS Office and Mobile Applications
∎ Proficiency in computer and Mobile/Tablet troubleshooting skills
∎ Should have Facilitation skill & Interpersonal communication skills
∎ Should be able to work in a team
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
