∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, or related fields.
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, or related fields.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
∎ Proven experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
∎ Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technologies of software development and relevant marketplaces.
∎ Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skill.
∎ Ability to work in a client based global IT environment.
∎ Proven expertise in managing digital marketing projects and securing clients through online market places such as Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer etc.
∎ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

∎ Managing marketing budgets effectively to ensure ROI optimization.
∎ Planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
∎ Collaborating with the technical team to deeply understand services like digital transformation, custom app development, and core development.
∎ Designing campaigns that highlight World IT Ltd.’s technical expertise and track record.
∎ Conducting detailed market analysis to identify niche IT client segments and opportunities.
∎ Supporting the sales team by generating leads and providing industry-relevant marketing assets.
∎ Staying updated on emerging IT trends, such as AI, blockchain, and cloud computing, to integrate them into marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge about IT products and services of leading tech companies. e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, RedHat, Oracle, Nvidia, Google, Intel etc.
∎ Leading, training and mentoring the digital marketing team to achieve performance goals.
∎ Collaborating with other departments (e.g., graphics, IT solutions) to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
∎ Setting KPIs for team members and monitoring their progress.
∎ Designing, executing, and monitoring targeted digital marketing campaigns based on client needs & requirements.
∎ Overseeing content creation, including blogs, ads, social media posts, and website copy.
∎ Conducting market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
∎ Analyzing campaign performance using relevant tech-tools and presenting insights to stakeholders.
∎ Continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
∎ Generate and present service reports regularly based on optimized time frequency.
∎ Strengthening World IT's online presence and global brand image.
∎ Driving lead generation and customer acquisition strategies to support sales goals.
