Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire our sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, ensure target achievement, and maintain excellent customer relations. Candidates with experience in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG sectors and a passion for sales leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor sales team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
Ensure superior customer service and handle escalated client issues or complaints professionally.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
Conduct training sessions for new team members to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product availability across all sales channels.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities.
Support the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to maximize sales performance.
manage online sales platforms when required.
Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and service guidelines.
