Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Episodes World is a fast-growing premium fashion & cap brand based in Bangladesh. We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time) who has hands-on expertise in marketing for fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can independently plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. We value real-world experience and results over certificates. The ideal candidate will directly contribute to brand growth, customer acquisition, and conversion improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing).

  • Manage overall social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Work closely with the Content and Creative Team to ensure effective campaign execution.

  • Provide creative input and direction for ad creatives, graphics, and visual content.

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

  • Develop monthly and campaign-based digital marketing strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance using data, insights, and key performance metrics.

  • Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rate, ROAS, and brand visibility.

  • Apply basic to intermediate SEO knowledge (on-page SEO, keyword research, content SEO).

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Monitor and adapt to the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

  • Work independently while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams.

    • Part-Time Salary: BDT 12,000 – 20,000 (including commission).

    • Attractive sales commission based on performance.

    • 4 working days per week

    Flexible working hour options (any one slot):

    Slot 1: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    Slot 2: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
