• Expert in social media and digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.

• The applicants should have interest in: Real Estate Sales, Tourism, Hospitality and Event Bookings 

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• Interest of the industry and its current issues

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing tools and content creation

• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an added advantage

• Plan strategy and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn; Search engines such as Google, Bing and other platforms.
• Create engaging Content for online channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
• Provide Leads to our Sales Team and monitor their performance through our CRM and Cloud Channels.
• Monitor Analytics, measure campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Manage paid ads and track ROI on marketing budget.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent corporate messaging.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate and drive business growth.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to marketing activities.
