• Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
• Have experience in selling high end residential & commercial space to premium customers         
• Excellent communication skills         
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment        
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

• Generate new leads, conduct client visits and achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
• Identify prospective customers and extend personalized service to them to present company products to them and close sales.
• Forecast future sales through analysis of existing & old data and other sales information.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Provide excellent service to ongoing customers.
• Monitor market trends and strategize plans for new business opportunities.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update CRM regularly.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management related to sales activities.
