Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Minimum M.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Context:
∎ Incumbent must be experienced in knit composite garments industry.
∎ Willing to stay in near factory area will get preference
∎ Work Station: Kaliakair, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As head of the department, Overall responsible for design, planning & maintenance of Knitting, Dyeing,fabric, narrow fabric, Boiler, Thermo oil heater, Generator, ETP, Garment machineries, fire fighting equipments and electrical equipments of the factories.
∎ Ensure electrical maintenance periodically.
∎ Ensure Utility maintenance, operation and management.
∎ Work for the development of current and upcoming projects including installation & commissioning of new machines.
∎ Ensure that the electrical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations like Electricity Rules 1937 and BNBC - 2006.
∎ Work on different Electrical CAPs given by relevant buyers.
∎ Must have the knowledge of requirement of Accord and Alliance.
∎ Maintain all types of machinery and electrical related documents.
∎ Provide support service as required by the factories.
∎ Reduce utility cost.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in similar position for 8 years.
∎ He has to be dynamic and quick decision maker.
∎ Adequate and depth knowledge of , Knitting , Dyeing, Fabric, Narrow fabric, Boiler, Thermo oil Heater, Generator, ETP, Fire fighting equipments and Garment machineries.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Team building, leadership, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Negotiable
