• Strong knowledge of knit production processes, SMV, capacity planning, and PPC.

• Hands-on experience with Fast React planning software is mandatory.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Knit Garments Planning to lead production planning and control activities for knit garment operations. The role focuses on capacity planning, order scheduling, and on-time shipment while ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.

• Prepare and control overall production planning for garments manufacturing in line with buyer delivery schedules.

• Develop capacity planning, line loading, and order allocation plans based on SMV, manpower, and machine availability.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance and take corrective actions to meet targets.

• Coordinate closely with knitting, dyeing, cutting, printing, sewing, finishing, washing, and merchandising.

• Ensure on-time shipment by tracking critical paths and resolving bottlenecks proactively.

• Analyze planning data, production efficiency, WIP, and lead time to improve productivity.

• Prepare and present planning reports, MIS, and dashboards to top management on a regular basis.

• Lead and develop the planning team and ensure planning SOP compliance.

• Manage change management for order revisions, style changes, and priority adjustments.

• Ensure proper ERP / planning system utilization and data accuracy.
