The DGM/AGM - Spare Parts, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving the sales and profitability of spare parts for the company`s products. This role requires developing and executing strategies to enhance the market share, manage distribution networks, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for spare parts to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Coordinate with the product development team to understand upcoming product launches and related spare parts needs.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs for spare parts by exploring new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.
Ensure the availability of spare parts across all sales channels and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Develop and implement a logistics plan to ensure the timely distribution of spare parts to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
Resolve customer issues related to spare parts delivery, quality, and warranty.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement feedback to enhance service levels.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Prepare and manage the budget for the spare parts division.
Optimize cost structures while maintaining high service standards.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
